On August 25th, in the TOP workshop of Chutian Technology, the pre filled sterile production system was undergoing debugging using an industrial robot called "intelligent manufacturing" of pharmaceutical robots. Four square boxes containing small medicine bottles were fed into the equipment through conveyor belts, and through fully automatic processes such as film tearing, inner paper removal, filling, and corking, finished drugs wearing blue caps and small caps were quickly transported out in a queue.
It is understood that the Chutian Technology intelligent robot pre filling and sealing aseptic production system was successfully developed and launched in February 2016. It has been updated to the third generation and is a domestically produced and world-class aseptic pharmaceutical intelligent production equipment. "The system adopts aseptic intelligent robot operation, which automatically completes the unpacking and material transfer of pre filled syringes. It integrates film tearing, inner paper removal, filling and plugging, and is suitable for 1-20ml drugs. The production capacity can reach 3600-15000 bottles/hour." Ma Nan, director of intelligent manufacturing of Truking Technology, introduced that this system is mainly used for the production of high value-added drugs, such as insulin drugs for diabetes, It has the characteristics of fast production speed, stable performance, and no cross contamination.
With the advancement of technology, intelligent pharmaceuticals have become a trend. At present, Chutian Technology's intelligent factory is undergoing the final sprint construction and debugging. According to the plan, the Chutian Technology Intelligent Factory will undergo national acceptance by the end of this year. After the project is completed and put into operation, Chutian Technology will have a flexible manufacturing production line for various pharmaceutical robot equipment such as testing robots, filling robots, sterile transfer robots, personalized pharmaceutical equipment intelligent factories, and a public service platform for robots and intelligent high-end equipment suitable for the upgrading and transformation of China's pharmaceutical industry Zhou Feiyue, Vice President of Chutian Technology, stated that this will be the first intelligent factory in the domestic pharmaceutical equipment industry, forming a dual intelligence situation - intelligent products and intelligent product production. This will not only make the pharmaceutical process safer and more controllable, but also promote the transformation and upgrading of the entire industry, improving the intelligence and internationalization level of China's pharmaceutical equipment.
